never forget sailor star wasn’t localized or was heavily censored in several countries because it was too full of lesbians lmao
I’m not crazy for Madesegora’s localized name but this is hilarious.
Restrictor: Aurora Borealis? At this time of day, in this part of Deepground, localized entirely within Nero's Oblivion?
Weiss: Yes.
Restrictor: May I see it?
Weiss: No.

Raja Ravi Varma was a fundamental artist of 19th-century India, and he was not only recognized locally but internationally. He was the first artist that blended Indian characters, localized settings, and a European way of painting, incorporating the technique of the Victorian Era
One otome game that I'd love to see localized is Nil Admirari no Tenbin! From its voice actors, to the story, to the amazing artwork from Satoi, everything in this game looks beautiful! @aksysgames
If you're ever looking for older otome games to release please consider this one!
Omg guys, it's real! POPS is officially dubbing Delicious Party PreCure as Chiến Binh Mỹ Vị Ngọt Ngào!

I called this piece RYTHM and ALCOHOL
If you look closely you would see that flow rhythm and blend in colours.
The whole idea was to localize alcohol ink art, Which has been my major style and focus for a while now.
Hope you like it 🥺🫶🏼

Oh, let's talk about localization where gaming companies are hiring people who don't do their fucking job. Do you ever wonder why people don't like localizers. Because they would rather put their own agenda rather than, I don't know, doing their job.
Aye Yo, my sweet @Soulmate889, One of the elephants you sent was really cute, but I believe he has a poxvirus. It is localized - ears and trunk. Hope he wasn’t around the other elephants. I’ll put an herbal salve on him to stop the itching. Don’t worry, I got him. #NFTCommunity https://t.co/0zQQkprED0

Year of Wario: Day 222 (August 10th)
On this day in 1994, Bomberman GB, or Wario Blast as it was localized, was released for the Nintendo Game Boy!
Calling all bombs! We have an explosive battle to finish!
https://t.co/6BLnvWU2VF Hi, it's Kawaiikochans. Due to the upcoming release of #shinultraman, we've localized the previous "Comics" to eigo. Please enjoy the subtle differences. #シンウルトラマン
Some (arguably even worse) unlocalized ones! You’ll need a mental made of diamond for these 💖
I was very fortunate to get the chance to read Doomsday Cleaning by @zaki91644339 and localized by @starfruitbooks and it's extraordinary. Cute characters and very heartfelt, an easy addition to my favorites
Dead Dead Demon's Dededede Destruction by Inio Asano and localized by @VIZMedia, this is my favorite of his works. It blends sci-fi and slice of life perfectly, and the characters are SO FUN to follow, especially Ontan
Yu-Gi-Oh! by Kazuki Takahashi (RIP, king) and localized by @VIZMedia - this comic has so much style and so much fun and heart packed into it. It's also unlike anything else I can think of. It's monumental
Haikyu!! By Haruichi Furudate and localized by @VIZMedia - my second favorite manga - I felt so much adrenaline reading this and it made me fall in love with sports comics
