There is no one-size-fits-all for responsiveness, I used the "medium" markers, so any style with "md:" is applied on larger screens, here's the homepage row as a column in mobile:

After an extensive color test with my new alcohol markers, I have to say I am quite pleased. May have been a bigger project than I initially thought, and it may not be perfect, but I’d say I did a pretty good job testing out these new markers!
