Seeing how you sacrifice sleep a lot, not sleeping enough can cause migraines. And I should know, I been having them for a few days now too, I took over the counter meds, and looked up that lack of sleep could cause these. I took a nap earlier and Its mostly gone. Take care, DD.

Ugh I hate that. Steroids make my whole body itchy. I went to the ER for one of my migraines cause it was so bad at work that my boss called an ambulance 🙃. They pumped me ful and I was so itchy and antsy. After 2hrs they finally gave me Benadryl. I was so high when I left...
