@ValorsLady I use an outline. Worst case, I use the Pixar outline style. Helps me figure out where to start. I always revisit the outline and make changes if need be, it helps me keep on track and keep events organized. Easier to fallow an event with a therefore if it's all laid out.

Here's a neat idea on how inventories can be better organized. The paintbrush icon determines if a clothing item can switch colors which brings a sub-menu and you can see which colors you own and can change from there. This can reduce the amount of space items take up overall.
