A3. Local 'lingo' can make humour in Picbooks change. One of my Aussie favourites is 'Yobbos do Yoga' by Phillip Gwynne/Andrew Joyner. There is a lot of Aussie slang in this book.Yobbos, Yahoos..Layabouts.Louts. Perhaps not as funny to those who don't know the meaning?

A1. One of my favourites (so hard to choose!!) is 'I Want My Hat Back by . Jon's sly, deadpan humour makes me laugh every time. A glorious wicked tale, with a mischievous twist;) . All ages get giggles galore from this one!
