@TapasCommunity I would say I was undecided, since both Jadie and Greta are my favorites, With Jadie for her being a lovable mother and one I’ve carried for years, while of Greta I love her plot, design and evolution… but I fixed the problem by making Greta the protagonist of a second series 😎

b. people want one single, directed experience (hmmm, maybe..not?)

This is a brilliant debut. Fantastically realised characters, a great plot, a truly mean villain and a marvellous dystopian London setting. It would be a perfect Y6 read hints of Dickens with a touch of Gaiman.

The first top tier story arc. So well done that the manga continues to build on it even all the way to the final arc of the series. Great screentime for the kids, starts the Todoroki subplot, and has Deku struggle at every step to advance through it.
