@FlutterPaws Mine would have to be Garble and Sprout. Neither of them had any charisma to make them enjoyable in spite of them being villains. In Garble's case, he was just a psychotic frat boy. Sprout was an entitled jack-hole who got too drunk with power and was hard to take seriously.
