Ah, fun fact. Mithra is also a god in DQ. He's in fact the king of the gods, the one one who created the Spirit World from which Rubiss hails.

He's seen in Item Monogatari too, and is the one who allows Rubiss to try and rescue the worthy from Mu before sinking it.
