I have some doubts on whether the cape is pure white bc it does seem dual color to me. The underside of the cape seems fi be shaded a bit of grey (which is yellow? Red?) . IDK RLLY but there's a lack of detail on chest and shoulders I'd figure his cape would be more flashy.

pop art style seems to have less emphasis on the nose + prefers stylized eyes. With the preference for flatter lighter color+shade+bloom filter, it doesn't help to make the impression of flatter "softer" art style

70s-80s anime had flat colors, but they still had detailed nose

I like to mimic styles and branch out once in a few moon, but normally at this point in time I jus cel shade or do detailed flat color lol

Having a ton of fun redesigning my OC.

I'm learning to optimize the design for replicability. This one for example, uses a simple, untextured 3D model and gradient maps to serve as pseudo blender shader nodes to save myself time coloring.

Did i ever show the non shader +effects version of my DDLC group drawing 😭

Cuz if I didn't, here I think it's neat on its own
