Fronds' bracelets are part of his unique control system for his robot. There's a whole "sign" language only he knows. The bracelets register a complex series of hand gestures into different commands. When floating off, it's sort of a "stand-by" mode. They also allow him to float!

Out of all of my OCs, Reikou Shinzokumaru is the pinnacle example of "throwing everything I like into one character design" and I love her.

Smaller size with the clothing refs since I couldn't make them fit the original tweet nicely. Anyway the change in his design is canon and happens gradually so the "old design" is still just as valid! It's just him at an earlier point of his story timeline
