Dealing with art thieves sucks, it literally sucks out our time and energy, gaining nothing. Not to mention people blaming us artists with 'y no watermarks'.
Maybe it's better if I ignore those art thieves, and be content knowing my artwork will reach more people?

You don’t really need to put watermarks on your artworks, but if you make something that means so much to you (OCs or an artwork with lots of effort for example), then yes. You have to add watermark in case someone takes or screenshot it.

I don’t think people are gonna bother sharing around art with annoying watermarks like this, it’s literally just to show who the OC belongs to. I asked someone why they wanted me to removed a watermark and it’s just cus they want to be able to save their art easily. Shrug

I have been contacted by several shops that wanted to sell my prints and I always send them high quality files without any watermarks.

It's been brought to your attention that has been using stolen images, textures, and backgrounds for some of it's marketing materials. Some even have the watermarks on them, and does not own Silicon Valley or Bernie Sanders
