Captures the original appeal but deviates enough to add its own character. Great use of color and some interesting perspective by having the curve of the Earth in the background. Goku feed dragon = good.
This shit looks raw as hell but I feel like half of the appeal is it looks super faded and idk if ink that close to skin color exists or even looks that good lol

Much has been said about KnYs animation but I really wanna highlight how "cinematic" this series feels.
Generic concepts are elevated to an almost operatic level through a great adaptation that embellishes the appeals of battle shonen.

I used watercolors with watercolor pencils & a bit of pastel to get some blush in. It was fun to work with someone else's linework and I kind of get the appeal of those coloring books now
