My favorite design I’ve made has to be my TheWaterMan design for the SCC. Mentioning this here because I feel like it fits the criteria mentioned. They’re amphibious and they’ve got gills on their neck, but the gills have to stay damp on land so they wear a soggy scarf everywhere
