On the left: I took a reddish hue and put them on parts of Gus' body that I thought would have more presence of blood under the skin, making it feel natural. Darken.

Right: Between the flat skin color and the initial shade layer, I created a layer that contained halftone lines.

For these two, I got an even darker reddish-orange hue of the flat skin color and put it where appropriate, essentially creating depth. With the previous tweet, I duplicated it but then set this one to Hard Light. Then I blended.

Also (unsurprisingly since we have draenei) blue/cool skin tones look great with warmer colors. It's all about the contrast White and Black are obvious, but that reddish is a revelation! Looks awesome on a blue
