I mean Basculin was a literal Pokedex filler, but GF still chose to give it a cool evolution because, well, it was filler. They chose to give it more of a reason for existing, rather than just filler. I'm still waiting for a screenshot of the full context, but this'll do.

Que jogo bizarro. Os controles são difíceis de entender, mas legais, é tipo um Superman em anime. A história é bem interessante com o lance das crianças, mas podia ter menos filler. Mesmo assim, o criador de Silent Hill sabe o que faz. É muito legal.
