Since I did changed the shading I feel my drawings has improved a lot!
In the past I was using a grey tone(1) for shading, but since I did changed to a dark blue(2) or dark violet(3) the quality it's much better!

Tested a single line prompt "hands with 4 fingers and 1 thumb" to see how hands have improved thru all Midjourney versions and modes. Version 4 & Niji mode appear to be working best right now.
