Just realized I put the wrong lashes on, wasn't supposed to be symmetrical.

Fixed some flaws

@Toriidoki Seiji separated the upper lashes with a fade out, I think that's why it blends so well!

@simonroyart the main tricks i used were distant things having their lines broken by rain lines (little straight lines make object seem blurred), as well as a halo of splashes on foreground stuff. Not sure if thats optimal but I think I probably stole this strat from someone smarter.
