Frostwhisper brings the frost and the cold winter winds. she has 4 variations, but this is her main one - the pegasus. she can also be seen as a unicorn, a kelpie, or a hippocamp. each of them have different color palettes, but the same look/markings.

Kinda just hit me that red is not a color I use all that much predominantly — the aggressive and bright kinda red, at least. I use reddish palettes in SlumberTown sometimes though, usually to set the mood of URGENCY or just spoopy scary.
