6 months ago in my community challenge i tasked everyone with creating a piece assisted by AI art (the website being neural blender). at the time midjourney and dalle were not known. i think the subjectivity of these results made for a more enjoyable process.
#wip I find myself going for safe colours again, and it's disappointing. Hope I'll be able to break this through. Also trying out a different process. Here I've blocked out the colours I want, and I'm slowly painting over it. Have to say I don't really like it. 😅 #illustration

5. I am a HEAVY reference user. I usually just deadass trace the pose when drawing digitally, especially since it speeds up the drafting process. Plus, it teaches so much muscle memory for when I go traditional. I will always advocate using references!!

Experimentation forms part of my process. This curious nature matures & morphs, changes but still exists. That is what I am trying to find in my work, an ever-changing flow. I am moving forward, carrying fragments of everything with me & that’s the driving force in this case.
