こんな感じでパーツ分けして描いたあとに、AfterEffectsというソフトで各パーツにパラメータを振って動かしています。

GalsPocketラストステージのプルツー。
以前描いた絵をAftereffectsで動かせるように差分とパーツに分割中。
あとは肌の色をパイロットスーツに変えるだけなんだけど、こっちのほうがお気に入り^^;

プレミアプロっていう動画ツールですよ～！
フォトショもたまに使いますが、基本ゆめ子の顔とかメイプルキノコの顔をそこら辺の画像にくっつけたりするくらいですねｗ
他にもAfterEffectsとかイラレとかライトルームっていうのもガンガン使っていけるように勉強中です！
