These are Magna and Griotte from Armello. They're not so much on the bulky side, but they're twice the size of most males. Magna is basically an indestructible wall, and Griotte is probably the best character of the Rat Clan with an ability that has lots of potential.

By the way, Super Saiyan 2 is a really solid transformation:
-Faster than a regular Super Saiyan.
-Not as bulky as Super Saiyan Dai Ni/San shittai.
-Wastes less ki than Super Saiyan 3.
DBS gives further screen time to this form, which is a positive.
