Veigar because his model and animations are incredibly outdated.

The design and voicework done for LoR is amazing and I hope his Grand Overseer mech is added as a recall/game start animation or literally any other way because it's perfect.

I feel like her gameplay has held up over the years but her visuals sadly not so much. Targon has such a cool thematic and I feel like updating Leona to match the other solari introduced in lor would make her feel like a believable leader/warrior

there are good artists and writers in league team too. They would be happy to do as col characters as in LoR, but company just don't let them to do that. Proof - just look at the concepts of champions, even Sera could be good.
