I think Jessie and James got their costume ideas from outside the "Pokemon" universe.

The more recent speedpaint videos got their thumbnails updated. Something about more vivid colors seem more appealing than doing the "who's that pokemon" style. This is a before and after of the thumbnails.

Least favorite Psychic-type: Gothita
Before Ultra Beasts came around, Gothita was my most hated Pokemon of all. Look at it! And it's called the "fixation Pokemon" because it's known to stare at you. If that thing looked at me i'd punch it

It's "draw your OC with her spooky time!

Sorry trainer, but you don't have enough badges to catch gym-leader-turned-Pokemon Lukorrina! But don't worry, with her aura powers you won't have to worry about stuff like "catching Pokemon" and "being human" much longer.

Further inspiration for Fuwafuwa comes from Quilladillo from "Maou Jou De Oyasumi" and Dragonite from "Pokemon". That's right! My baby boi is just a big fluffy all-round cinnamon roll!^^ 💖💖💖

Beta Celebi:

In Gold & Silver's 1999 demo, Celebi had a Native American motif, was Normal instead of Grass/Psychic, and classified as the "Plant Pokemon" instead of the "Time Travel Pokemon."

I wish people would bring up the fact they called it "A major Pokemon" when revealing its Pokeball for Brawl more instead.

"Who's that Pokemon" except there's only one answer anyone would have enough context to guess

It's funny, because when I saw this, I thought "this person must love pokemon" but then I saw the things you took inspiration from and I was pretty surprised that neither of these two were on the list.

Lost Pokemon of the Day: Spiky-eared Pichu

While not technically a "Lost Pokemon" in the traditional sense, Spiky-eared Pichu was exclusive to HeartGold & SoulSilver, and couldn't be traded into future generations... Meaning she's stuck in Gen 4 *forever.*

There's the elephant in the room of "inanimate object pokemon" which I feel still can be held to a similar bar. With a clever twist or just a cool design to embody the concept, inanimate object pokemon can end up great. They tend to get lumped together with the bad ones.

Lost Pokemon of the Day: Primal Dialga

While not technically a "Lost Pokemon" in the traditional sense, Primal Dialga's been missing from the Pokemon series since 2009. What's more, he's never appeared in a mainline game -- only in spinoffs, anime, & manga.

Este pequeño es un personaje que me acompaña desde la primaria... Era mi "pokemon", la verdad nunca lo había mostrado ya que se me había olvidado mostrarlo jajaja... Creo que la última vez que lo dibuje fue hace como 5 años xD

"whos that pokemon" a strange mute has been seen around town attacking street punks. hospital records show that blunt force trauma was applied yet eyewitnesses claim no weapons of any sort were used or seen during the altercation. described to have " eyes that reflect no light"

This was inspired by a video tutorial of how to make "gay pokemon" exploiting an oversight. In the video he used a female zoroark to disguise as a male Nidoking to use attract on another male Nidoking.

Zoroarks are basically the ERP kings and queens of the Pokemon Universe.
