and for those wondering: yes, this is the mario party 3 render, edited to remove the arm and tweak his colours and lighting. but hey, with how mario party reuses some renders, it could very well be an old 1995 luigi render repurposed - maybe it's not so fake after all, who knows?

The world building happened as I set the scene. This challenge was an opportunity to build an entire scene, light, sculpt, render, animate camera, edit and compose music. All within a week. I think it took me 10-12 days (rendering was 72 hours). Here are a few process shots:
