Mixel Art
Mixel Art is Pixel Art, specifically a branch of. They are a MIX of pixels mosaic nature & the skillful use of high volume transparency/gradient effects seen in digital art.
1 year ago I coined the term to describe @bunnystick's amazing art & Ive seen it start to catch.

@LephrocaunBeast Okay if this is transparent, I figured it out. Your image has to be under 900x900 pixels or it will be turned into a JPG which doesn't support transparency.

@ReinBloo I swear, Twitter hates transparencyyyyy

Precure posting im praying transparency works on these

5 - shading
to do shading, i'll put a new layer in a solid colour overtop of everything else, pink is my fav. i then add shadows in a darker pink, and then turn that layer into an overlay + turn transparency down. normally i'll add a transparent solid blue overlay as well

if u saw me repost this like 4 times due to transparency issues. no u didnt
