Honestly, more than the outfit but the whole design. The shape of her eyes, length if her hair along with the closed vest and shorts give off a more juvanile feel to them compared to her old look.

4.) Favorite OC design... Damn that's hard lmao. I have a lot I'm happy with. To diversify, I'd say either Maverick or Raven. Slowly refining their hair, outfits etc until they're perfect is worth the pain XD
