Avenger Nobu is actually very interesting in how radically different her ascensions are. 1st form is still the lovable goofball Nobu from before. 2nd form is a newer badass Bancho Nobu. 3rd form takes a DRAMATIC escalation as she fully becomes Demon King Nobu.
