My new-ish process. I think the biggest change is the shading in greyscale, but I've got a few more changes like improvements in anatomy.

5 years ago I decided to take up illustration as something I wanted to improve further. This led me to where I am now and I'm grateful for the support and growth I've received over the years. I don't plan on stopping anytime soon now.

It's also my birthday.

im hoping to do this for 30 days
and at the end ill be able to compare time taken and drawing quality
to see how much ive improved

The left is textured already while the right only has base colors, so in that sense the left looks better, but the right one is so much more detailed 😩
