how i think they work: da rooms are mounted insides big pepsican cylinders (drk blu), that swivel on their central doors where they r mounted 2 da centrifugal ring (red)
in space they dont rotate all their floors point "out".
on plenet they swing down like seats on a ferriswheel
I've found some time to work on the mesh shattering tool/library. My plan is to use dynamic deformers: time and motion depends on local position to the deformers. Move/rotate/scale the deformer and get new motion.
