I would imagine this one to kinda be like Eevee with its evolution. Of course it match the themes of the ocean, corals, pearls, seaweeds, or beaches of the sort.

Waddle Doo! A close relative of the Waddle Dee, despite the giant eyeball implying differently. Alongside Peezer, Wizzer, and the Kracko family, it seems that shooting beams from your one massive eyeball is just a part of natural evolution.
