#TMNTtober2022 day 15! Favorite comic! IDW Is def my fav, so I drew one of my most traumatizing memories 🥰 lol someone gonna die and it’s not Bebob or Rocksteady #tmnt #tmntidw @SUPER_UN_STABLE (sorry I missed day 14😔)
Sophie Campbell is the best Ninja Turtles artist ever tbh. If there's any reason to read IDW comics, it's the Mutant Town arc, which she also wrote.
G1 Sludge's alt mode was originally identified as a Brontosaurus, but more recent depictions (such as the 2005 IDW continuity) changed this to a different sauropod species like Apatosaurus, due to Brontosaurus (at the time) not being considered as a proper genus of animal.
A week from today I’ll be sitting behind a table in Chicago (can’t believe it’s that close already) and I’ll have with me an art book chronicling my time with IDW on TFs. I posted a few preview pages last week, here’s another. Showing the concept sketches for the cover to AHM #8
me: :Why are you still up, why on earth
also me: because I’ve lost control of my life
Practicing im not good with mecha but Nah bitches why the hell these bitches be so hot in IDW ~

It's time!
Here's a reading order for IDW2/2019 IDW!
[Note: might be a wee bit wonky, but idw2 is quite straightforward with the reading so *shrugs*]
Y'know, I remember someone comparing the Nanites in Archie Sonic to the Metal Virus in IDW Sonic, and there are some similarities. But these two concepts are far from identical.
Both are nanomachines that can turn organic matter (like the forest in issue 152) into metallic matter
Y'know... I've kind of noticed that not only are game fans and IDW fans critical of Archie's Sonic comics, but also SatAM fans as well.
I feel a lot of contention revolves around Sally's portrayal in particular, and how Archie handled her relationship with Sonic.

Another "non-canon" instance: Amy's debut in IDW (issue no. 2).
This is not anything new. Spin-offs that are closer to the games only took note of what's already there. This was not a new "fix" penned by Ian Flynn, but Ian Flynn noting then writing in a canonical quaility.
@BlimpMermaid91 He name is Kitsunami The Fennec!
It is a character that appears in IDW Sonic!✨
Tangle feels like a character who is really underutilized combat wise. Like she has her stretchy tail but honestly barely knows how to fight. IDW should have her get some training or something. One of the things that I liked a about Archie is that while not everyone was on the
@NateCanBeBored For background I'd say something like Tails' workshop from the IDW comics
@TheKevstermania Thanks for the opportunity!
I'm a writer for a big ongoing fanfic I started in 2015, a writer on several stories for the IDW Sonic @FanAnnual, and I draw my own art all by a mouse.
The Transformer of the Day is Kaon! He is a Decepticon from the 2005 IDW portion of the G1 continuity!
Kaon is the communications officer of the D.J.D. and maintains their hit list! His frame crackles with electricity, created by the generator in his chest! [1]
Cyberverse Tarn was fine and all. A perfectly valid adaptation that generally captured his core essence.
But IDW Tarn was the spectacular primary antagonist of the best Transformers story ever told, and one of the best parts of it. Anything less seems naturally like a downgrade.

@Cakesington I'm definitely in. 🥰🤎🧡❤
The IDW reference sheet of this character is still incomplete, but I hope it's enough for you to work with. 😅
