While I've never charged 200 bucks for my commishes, my highest is like 15 bucks a character. Butch Hartman's 200 dollar work is an enigma.. Now I can't tell if i should be charging way more for mine or not. right ones are personal ones too, so no $ off it

i do not charge for my art and have never made a cent off of it in the ~decade I've been doing it and I still put more care and time into my work than Butch Hartman, an animation industry veteran charging $200 for his commissions ☺️

As someone who has taken years to charge decently for commissions, (Now at $200~, coincidentally) let's all say this together: $200 is NOT a lot of money for a commission. Art is a luxury and should be priced as such. Also Butch Hartman is a terrible person 🖕
