less saturated colors were shaded with darker desaturated *neutral colors

and then saturated tones were used as transition colors.

the lips are very saturated so no transition color was used. instead, a dark color slightly at the saturated spectrum is used as ambient occlusion?

HELP! I don't know why this happens when I try to use the shading with the poiyomi shader in unity. The normals are all facing the right direction in blender so I'm not sure what's causing it. I had to make a mask to fix it.. Anyone??
