my favorite season is smile!! the cast is my favorite in the franchise, and the plot is simple but still manages to be really compelling. and it’s just so. damn. funny. smile is rlly lighthearted but it can get very dark, which ofc i love heehee

Finished M02! Once again I have to say this is undoubtedly one of the best YW films out there. Tons of tear jerking moments along with simple but great animation cultivating in a compelling story from start to finish. Still my absolute favorite YW film.

Doom Patrol Epic chase/battle with stellar cartooning throughout. The Candlemaker peels away characters one by one until it’s just he and Cliff, which is the most compelling scenario for us anyway. Though, I suspect the others will somehow return.

Ngl, I'm not a fan of this "Zero vs UBW" discourse, mainly because Zero is a self-contained story while UBW isn't. F/SN = Fate + UBW + HF and all 3 routes are essential for the narrative to be compelling.

Nothing wrong with liking Zero more, but UBW is just 1/3 of a story.
