Had a dream about a shapeshifting demon that no matter the form he'd take, he'd always be useless and slow. So to compensate, he'd mind control people to carry him around.

Vi - my girlfriend’s persona; a cat-like entity made of void and stars; also possesses some shapeshifting abilities; she and Lyca traverse the unknown together

I'm looking for a partner for Fritz. He's a shapeshifting blob with a big inflated ego and can use its powers to grow in size or propel itself forward. He can also split its parts and control them individually and his weak point is his single eye.

The German legends tell about a shapeshifting swan who has a cloak of feathers that gives her power to turn. Should one manage to steal the cloak, thief then can ask for anything, even her hand in marriage. Here's a concept of the swan maiden.

Sama, arcane trickster changeling, 0 morals. I think changelings r CREEPY. Their shapeshifting is anatomical, not magical. I bet they’ve telescopic bones, collapsible sculls, cartilage that can be hardened/softened, fat tissue able to inflate/flatten, “chameleon” skin

This is an oc I made back in 2016 named Jessie. She's a bat shapeshifting succubus. She was cursed by her professor because she was caught sneaking food into class. Whatever form she takes, she is always fat. That doesn't bother her anymore. She will make you feel good~

It's between these two idiots. Literally, one has charisma control and physical transformation due to how horny he is and a shapeshifting cat girl who'll fuck anything she wants, it's hard to tell https://t.co/IL1fA9ydvp
