As a professional animator, I know my illustrative work has much to be desired. However, I wanna keep experimenting and trying new things and techniques and see what happens. Anyways, this is another piece from an 18+ visual novel.

Lastly, I wanna talk about armor. Armor is definitely the hardest thing to draw consistently. But here’s what you do. Just draw the areas where light is meant to be reflecting, and surround it with heavy shading. Once you do that, use the smudging technique I mentioned.
