The World After:
The World is swallowed by storms, Eutropius was one of those left behind, instead of dying he found himself in Faerie, and is trying to find his way home.
He makes new allies while wandering between these two colliding worlds.

Here's another FZD assignment called "Between Two Worlds." The goal is to start with an "Earth" bedroom, but add a "secret" room from another realm, reached by a portal. The teen transformers into their persona in this world & small details in their bedroom hints at this life.
