I also have "break" pieces, where I allow myself to not do all of the stuff that's hard to focus on, like backgrounds, rendering, bodies, etc.! I let myself do every cop-out I don't get to do on other projects.

for me means always working on three+ projects at a time, so I can jump between them! I can't focus on one thing for more than four hours, and I try to vary the complexity and style of my projects so they don't feel the same when switching.

In my 25 didn't diagnosed yet but gonna do asap, bc tired of whole life full of ADHD stuff (esp daydreaming + concentration/learning bad)

Can feel joy from OC thinking/drawing only, so do it 24/7
any other activity feels too boring n hard, even torture 🙃💔
