Lighting Practice! :) here’s a sketch with and without light and shadow. It makes such a huge difference!

This was half intentional but when I put them side by side it’s hilarious... I’m chibi on the more quiet/personal platforms and normal art on public ones...the shadow...the true self

Here is Sanya's mermaid form. She originally had green lipstick, but it looked weird, so I just kept the green eye shadow.

I don't have any updated colored pictures of my original OC from 1997, just a bunch of sketches 😩

I DO have this one I'm currently working on (trying to color in Photoshop) with Shadow... 🤷‍♀️ (She's actually heterochromatic, so both eye colors aren't visible here)

I need to train on color for 9mm Girls, so i just pick a random meme that i find funny , and makes it fit in my uiverse.
Careful when you're waiting for that green light, you never know what's lurking in the shadow....or right beside you staring like if you were a tasty treat.

Might as well point out Silver and Blaze hands as well.
Blaze and Silver have flat hand with thumb in the middle because.. I suppose to look more fancy then flat?
Silver's other hand with the index finger looks almost broken by Shadow. Shadow made sure he didn't have a flat hand

"The Dark Hour?"

Just as Alisa predicted, the Dark Hour did showed up across the battlefield, but it has reacted to Labrys' anger.

"Ngh... Try to stay calm, Labrys, this Dark Hour is reacting to my anger. Any more of it, and I'll end up releasing my shadow."

Getting back on my art groove after a rough week. Experimenting with some alternate techniques for rendering light and shadow. Low-contrast for the sake of readable detail, but hopefully it gets the volumes across okay.
