Day 13 of my digital art journey. Was so disappointed with day 12 that I just redid everything from scratch (I can be stubborn). This looks much better, still iffy on the structures of 3/4 view but it's faaar better than last time so that's a plus.

I play a lot with history and the west and how imprinted our past is in our present. As a 7th gen Coloradan, that history feels personally intertwined with my own history. Old houses and mining structures are one of my favorite things to draw to pass the time.

It keeps going too! Rewinding a bit leads to a simpler indoor plank sketch; owing it's roots to the wooden structures of an outdoor painting, then an outdoor sketch and ultimately and appropriately a sketch mostly of trees :)

Web Spinner was a spider BOW made in the Arklay Lab's early stages of t-Virus research, since gene editing was easier on creatures with ancient body structures. The t-Virus α strain was discovered in these specimens & they were disposed of, except some kept for data use.
