I figured maybe if the braid went up the back of his head it might be hard to do but looking at turn arounds it seems incredibly messy and starts where your hands reasonably would when braiding your own hair

Tried to focus on the berserker angle, with a touch of Gerudo for taste, as well as giving the tail a more fist-ish look.

There isn't much difference overall but I'd like to think she's a little more ready to rumble
