More #wip stuff! I always start with thumbs first to manage pacing and layout. Vertical scrolling takes lots of planning 😭 Thank god for editors too. Then it goes pencils>flats>blends>gradients and local lighting>global lighting>Extra modeling and post process effects.

Beside Brienne I really like Arya. And I still like the show even if I despise the pacing and some character arcs of the last 2 seasons
I really loved Captain Marvel, and this cements my belief that the best superhero movies are the origin stories. This is such a terrific 90s story, full of wit and wisecracking ala Daria, with a strong emphasis on characters, pacing, story. Definitely "A" tier Marvel for me.

Finally saw #AvengersEndgame tonight. Honestly? Good fun but overrated. There's a lot to like, including the cast (give Robert Downey Jr his Oscar). But there are pacing issues, a sluggish 1st hour, and the story cheats, like a sloppier Back to the Future 2.

The Phantom Menace has glorious widescreen vistas packed with color and detail. It’s a wonderful movie to watch. George Lucas is a master of the anamorphic frame and clean, defined compositions & logical pacing. The influences by Lang, Ford & Kurosawa are all on display.
Recién termino de ver el estreno de Fairy Gone. Si bien tiene muchas cosas que me gustan (diseño, ambientación entre otros) el episodio fue muy desordenado y tuvo un pacing de mierda. El CG zafa, particularmente porque los Persona tienen onda.
