In 1306 Comyn was stabbed to death at Greyfriars Church by Robert The Bruce. Kirkpatrick made sure Comyn was dead. Costumes for Comyn, Kirkpatrick & Bruce from Nigel Tranter's 'The Bruce' film project in 1991. Nigel suggested Seton Church as a Greyfriars mock-up for this scene.
