@cabcat5 To be fair, the original pic was just a quick sketch, while I spent a lot of time with detail and shading on the recent one. This one might be a more accurate comparison for the shading!

I think I'm almost ready to make this riggable, but for now I just want to make a bit of comparison with the old one.
I used the same head from before, but changed everything else. Took a bit more time (and care) on the body and make the color more muted.
