Included in the Japanese Dirty Pair LD boxset, this is a square piece of art silkscreened onto thick plastic(I don't know if there is a name for it). It's slightly translucent, so it can be backlit. It resembles a hand-painted cel, so that's likely how the source was made.

I noticed that a variety of headpieces in the era cover the hair,so the best hairstyle for this look is Pixie cut like Twiggy‘s. Also the Accessoires are either transparent or translucent so I go with translucent for the colours in the palette can be used other than on the dress.
