⚠️Big Update!⚠️
Goobert's slime body is given an overhaul in design. He's not taller, his body proportions simply changed. He also now has tufts of "hair" sticking out of his head to reflect his human design and no longer has that jagged mouth.
I know I'm a couple days late to this trend (and I'm shit at drawing character proportions), but...
Anyway anyway nahida sketch
I think I'm gonna change the proportions a little more along the way (it looks weird somehow :v but I can't find the mistake yet) but for now ig this works
Im sorry but Rouge and Zenna still having cartoony like proportions while Sally and Bunnie have a full humanoid proportion.
Plus Rouge was even "redesigned" after sa2.
Sally and Bunnie can fit on Sonic universe other artists have adapted their design to look more cartoony lol https://t.co/X69H0CKH9o
Classic Sally and Bunny still had some curves, and looked like Sonic characters. You don't need to give them "Barbie" bodies and lose their origins. They can still look good, have some curves but keep their cartoony, Sonic-like proportions for a modern interpretation.
proportions and background aren't right but I'll post anyway

@fenixthefearful Here’s the old mf
His left design is the correct one, but the right is just to better understand his proportions and movement
Paleo Fact!
Dzungariotherium (Dzungaria Beast) is a paracerathere from Oligocene China! It's one of the largest known land mammals to date! Compared to fellow large paracerathere, Paraceratherium, its teeth and head were actually proportionally larger, - (1/2)
Art by Yu Chen!
The quill size and even Sonic's body proportion adjustments are also indicated in Yuji Uekawa's continuously evolving Sonic artworks.
I like both. Sonic is Sonic (imo).

Charlotte’s design didn’t change much, but I streamlined her proportions, improved the silhouette a little, and she’s still hot so that’s all that matters.
@whispycake64 For me they look super weird because of the proportions, I prefer way more the classic artwork and the new modern artwork which gives them more short proportions, I like them looking cute
@Rechi_C i like these two drawings i made! i think they stick out to me because they were both me trying something new.
i drew the tails art back in june, and i was very proud of the colouring, & the sonic art was recently, its more simple but i think i drew his proportions well!
#Fingerstache was for a very noble cause with a large portion of the mint proceeds going to charity. To help spread awareness doing a giveaway.

Lastly I’m listing a few pins! There will be a small portion of lovecrime pin leftovers as well as a retro themed pride pin 🌈❄️ (4/4)
@Emis_doodls Well, I don’t particularly follow the actual sonic art style, it’s more anthro if anything (image attached for exmaple), but if anything, I’d say focus on the eyes first so you can plot the rest of the proportions of the face. Even in this style, it works better like that
