There’s this version of xmas caroling where I'm from (Veracruz, Mx) that's mystifying. Kids pick up a “twig” (rama) and decorate it to go sing "La rama" around the block for money. In other parts of Mexico people find this crazy weird but it's actually super spontaneous and fun!

A mordrem OC. They are a jumpy, sneaky twig called Sticks who tracked the pact forces through the Auric Basin. They are not much of a combatant and instead used sleep pollen to disable small patrols to disrupt pact operations and make an escape if they were outnumbered.
