Rum is a small quiet crow who lives up on the cliffs near Saskia, at the city limits, maintaining a small brewery. It's not uncommon to find Rum sleeping around the area.

Being a crow, she really likes the shiny metal cans she puts her beer in. And the locals like it as well!

I wouldnt say that design concept really left either. Uncommon sure. But I feel that Pokemon like Colossal are exactly the type of designs people want similar to classic designs. But it constantly gets trashed for not being a train.
