Yesterday afternoon I made a big commitment.

Once every hour from 9am - 9pm I'd do some movement exercises.

- 20 reps of moving my arms in a big circle.
- 10 squats [to my best ability]

So from 1pm yesterday to now currently; I can already feel a difference in my body.
