There are undead dark-ranger, the undead are humans.

Blizzard could easily give the possibility to make undead with a less dead appearance like they did with Derek.

NPCs are the only ones who can have a straight back, a beard and a decent body. Just Sad

Personally, I've always enjoyed going around to towns and interacting with people in the games.
And you can CERTAINLY fuck that up. Sonic 06 has a problem with it's city area being HUGE with no identifiable landmarks and useless NPCs. Pokemon has always had that problem.
